Canaan Wasteland

A highly stylized demo game I made.  This is a variant of a course project for David Wehle's "Game Dev Unlocked" web course.  I took some liberties with it and made my own direction, but kept to the spirit of his teachings.

What inspired me most was that I found a different path for my game development.  Not every game has to be fast paced or full of shooting killing and collecting.  I really got into the art of it and how to use simple palette's to make the mood.

I also added portals to make the discover and the tasks more interesting.  Eventually you will be chased, and portals can help with that.

It is a 15 minute game with one level.  Use (ESC) if you want to exit.  There is no in game menu/
